Processing time
- Personalized products are printed to order. Most orders are ready to ship within a few business days after confirmation.
- Delivery is typically within 7 business days from the order date. Fridays are excluded from delivery estimates.
- During busy seasons such as Back to School, processing may take a little longer. If that happens, we will notify you.
Shipping
- We deliver to all cities across Egypt. The shipping fee and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout based on your area.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details when they are available.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
- Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
Return & Refund Policy
For customised products (not ready products), we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if:
- You change your mind after placing the order.
- The wrong customization details were provided by the customer.
- You no longer need the product.
Your satisfaction matters
If your order:
- Arrives damaged, torn, or broken during shipping.
- Contains a manufacturing or printing defect.
- Is incorrect due to an error on our part.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your claim, we will gladly provide a replacement or an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a replacement or refund.
